ABOUT THE JOB


You will be responsible for supporting the corresponding Sub Domains as the lead analyst and will work directly for the PMO Lead and PMO Manager on a larger-scale organisational-wide program.

The range of initiatives will span from a single project within a line of business in a single region through to working across lines of business across multi-regions and in a complex stakeholder environment.

The role will also include uplifting of Delivery standards across the Program.

YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project Financial Management
  • Ensure financial forecasting and actualisation of multiple workbooks and month end position and updating of all required systems (Clarity, SAP etc)


 Project Reporting Management
  • Work with the Delivery Owner and PM to ensure reporting is correctly submitted each month.
  • Support Project Integration Management
  • Ensure that project planning, execution and control are properly integrated.


 Cost Management
  • Monitor financials to ensure achievement and accurate capture of planned project costs and benefits.


 Benefits Management
  • Support Delivery Owner and PM in Facilitating delivery of the business outcomes and to enable the project sponsor to realise return on investment.


 Knowledge Management
  • Support Delivery Owner and PM to ensure they adhere and contribute to knowledge management objectives and processes. Ensure knowledge harvesting occurs at all appropriate phases of the project.


 Time Management
  • Develop and maintain project resource and work plans. Monitor project plans to reflect project progress, change and issues resolutions.


 Resource Management
  • Acquire and manage project resources.
  • Maintain a good understanding of international best practice, industry trends and directions in both business and technology, and an awareness of global developments.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 46 years in experience in a similar role
  • Attention to detail, strong Financials management skills.
  • Excellent MS Excel and MS PowerPoint knowledge.
  • Ability to effectively manage competing work priorities, excellent time management skills
  • Strong all round project management experience
  • Strong stakeholder and engagement experience
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to draw insights and provide recommendations
  • A solid understanding in project management methodologies, tools and processes across the project lifecycle, in particular the Project Management Body of Knowledge.
  • Advanced and confident communication skills and the ability to liaise with senior business and technology management
  • Proven management abilities
  • Proven ability to lead, coach people to achieve successful outcomes
  • Influencing and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines without compromising on quality
  • Enthusiastic and energetic problem solver to join an ambitious team
  • Knowledge/expertise in managing finance cost centres/project budgets
  • Knowledge/expertise in managing resource/capacity management tools
  • Tertiary degree in Finance, Banking or Accounting from a recognised institution is preferred.
