    Job Purpose:

The position's responsible for:

  • Control the balance sheet, prepare financial statements according to accounting standards and regulations

Key Accountabilities (1):

  • Responsible for training and coordinating personnel in the assigned group.
  • Make and implement the group's activity plan according to the department's operation orientation.
  • Participate in the development of the department's professional procedures and instructions.
  • Ensure team activities comply with internal policies, regulations, procedures, guidelines, etc.
  • Control data for the preparation of financial statements, monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements.
  • Supervise the progress of sending financial data to serve the preparation of monthly financial statements of the Subsidiaries.

Key Accountabilities (2):

  • Participate in checking the balance sheet.
  • Control the calculation and recording of income and expenses internally.
  • Control the calculation and recording of compulsory deposit insurance costs.
  • Control debt trading, calculate and make provision for credit risks and receivables.
  • Control the preparation of reports using financial reporting data to serve shareholders and the Board of Directors
  • Advise the Chief Accountant in handling data when making accurate and reasonable financial statements.
  • Supervise the provision of financial report data for internal audit, independent audit, inspector and other departments upon approval of competent authorities.
  • Guide and answer questions for units throughout the system about financial reporting data.
  • Control data of fixed assets, labor tools, calculating depreciation of assets throughout the system.
  • Perform other related tasks at the request of the Division Director

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences:

  • 4 years of experience working directly with Techcombank's core banking system; At least 03 years of experience in the field of banking and accounting;
