Corporate English Trainer

I. Job Purpose
- Responsible for designing and delivering in-house English training programs for management-level employees and above, aiming to enhance communication, presentation, negotiation, and business English skills in a professional, international working environment.
II. Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver tailored English courses for Managers, Heads, and Directors, focusing on workplace communication, meetings, presentations, email and report writing.
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and develop customized curricula aligned with business goals and department requirements.
- Deliver in-house training sessions (offline/online) with high engagement and practical application.
- Assess participants' initial proficiency and monitor learning progress through regular evaluations.
- Coordinate with the L&D/HR team to plan training schedules, develop learning roadmaps, and provide post-training reports.
- Stay updated with modern teaching methodologies, digital tools, and global learning resources.
- Promote English learning culture across the organization through communication and engagement activities.
III. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English Language Teaching, English Linguistics, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience teaching English to working professionals (preferably to management-level employees).
- International teaching certificates such as TESOL, CELTA, or IELTS 8.0+ (or equivalent) are a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and classroom management skills.
- Proven ability to design engaging and level-appropriate training materials.
- Strong understanding of corporate culture and international working environments.
- Professional, adaptable, and results-oriented teaching style.
