About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced
Japanese Culture Trainer
to deliver training sessions focused on
Japanese business culture, etiquette, and customer service expectations
. This role is essential in helping our Customer Service team enhance their communication and service quality when supporting Japanese clients.

The ideal candidate is either a
native Japanese speaker
or a professional with extensive experience working in Japanese corporate environments. You will play a key role in bridging cultural gaps and improving team performance through practical, engaging, and culturally relevant training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs on: Japanese business culture and communication styles, Professional etiquette and behavioral expectations, Customer service standards and best practices in Japanese contexts
  • Conduct interactive workshops, role-plays, and case studies tailored to real-life customer service scenarios
  • Provide insights into Japanese customer expectations and how to exceed them
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align training content with business goals
  • Offer post-training support and feedback sessions to reinforce learning

Requirements:

  • Native Japanese speaker
    or
    fluent in Japanese with deep cultural understanding
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Proven experience in training, coaching, or working in Japanese corporate environments (preferably in customer service or BPO)
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Based in Ho Chi Minh City or willing to relocate
