We design and deliver leadership development programs rooted in emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and human connection. Our work spans industries and organizational levels — and we're now looking for experienced C-level leaders or senior executives to join us in shaping the next wave of leadership.

Your Role

As a Leadership Program Trainer/Coach, you will:

  • Co-create & co-deliver leadership training programs with The New Leaders
  • Share your expertise through speaking engagements, workshops, or coaching sessions
  • Inspire mid- to senior-level leaders through your personal leadership journey and practical experience
  • Collaborate with our Learning Designers & Creative Team to transform your knowledge into engaging, science-backed learning materials
  • Support our goal of creating real impact — not just knowledge transfer, but leadership transformation.

We're Looking For Leaders Who:

  • Are C-level or senior executives with 15+ years of leadership experience
  • Possess a modern, human-centric view of leadership and organizational growth

  • Are passionate about giving back, mentoring, and developing others

  • Have experience in one or more of the following areas (or propose your own):

  • Leadership & People Development
  • Emotional Intelligence & Communication
  • Executive Productivity & Performance
  • Strategy & Change Management
  • Innovation & Entrepreneurship
  • AI in Business
  • Resilience

  • Organizational Culture & Sustainability

  • (Plus) Have coaching/training certifications, and previous speaking/training experience with proven frameworks.

  • Language: fluent in both Vietnamese and English
