Work Location: 63 Cao Thang Str, Ban Co Ward, HCMC.
I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan seasonal promotions and new product launch campaigns.
- Analyze performance of trade marketing programs (ROI, cost, sales).
- Coordinate with Sales & Marketing to develop monthly/quarterly/yearly trade marketing plans.
- Design consumer promotions and shopper activations tailored to each chain's characteristics (e.g., , Big C, Winmart, MM Mega Market, GS25,...).
- Work directly with buyers of MT's chains to negotiate display locations, promotions, sampling, and activations.
- Ensure program implementation aligns with trade agreements (e.g., display, discounts, sponsorship,…).
- Track sell-in/sell-out data by modern trade chains.
- Propose short- and long-term improvements to trade marketing plans and activities.
- Manage trade marketing budgets by each modern trade chain.
- Monitor and ensure POSM, activations, and display shelves are executed according to standards.
- Control spending on listing fees, visibility, and promotional activities.
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry, including at least 2 years in a managerial role for the MT channel.
- Strong understanding of the MT distribution system, modern trade market, and consumer behavior.
- Strong change management abilities, multitasking skills, and resilience under pressure.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
- Having good relationships with buyers of MT chains is an advantage.
