JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for supporting the following areas:

Payroll (70–80%)


• Prepare reports related to attendance, leave days, etc.


• Support social insurance procedures and personal tax code registration.


• Maintain HR records and manage employee documents.

Internal Communication (20–30%)


• Write internal communication content for employee engagement activities.


• Support the development of Mega's internal communication channels.


• Assist in organizing and communicating internal events and activities.

REQUIREMENTS


• Able to commit to full-time internship for 6 months.


• 3rd or 4th year university student (majoring in Human Resource Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields).


• Strong interest in Human Resources, especially C&B.


• Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, particularly in reading and writing.


• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.


• Patient, cheerful, proactive, dynamic, creative, and responsible.


• High awareness of handling confidential information.
