Job Description
Develop market expansion plans, build customer approach strategies, and coordinate to handle issues arising during the supply process of products and services.
Collect, search for, and develop new customers.
Advise on high-tech products, and monitor the implementation and development of assigned products and services.
Coordinate with related departments to prepare bids and participate in tenders.
Implement activities related to contract execution: drafting contracts, coordinating execution, checking service quality, and handling complaints.
Work with internal departments to implement customer care programs (gratitude, promotion, surveys, etc.).
Ensure compliance with company regulations and promptly collect customer feedback to help improve and maintain long-term relationships with partners.
Requirements
University graduate or higher, with understanding of products and the information technology market.
Knowledge of IT, networks, computers, and software; ability to analyze business operations.
At least 5 years of experience in IT project sales or management.
Strong skills in sales, customer care, negotiation, analysis, and planning (both business and personal).
Good English communication skills and ability to work with international clients.
Good communication skills, confidence, agility, enthusiasm, and persistence.
Benefits
Minimum 13 months salary per year - not including other bonuses such as KPI bonus for work efficiency, project bonus and revenue bonus. We do performance review twice a year. You will work in a professional, dynamic and friendly environment.
