Mô tả công việc:

  • Tìm kiếm, tiếp cận và phát triển khách hàng mới có nhu cầu sử dụng dịch vụ và giải pháp thương mại điện tử trên các nền tảng như Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon.
  • Duy trì và phát triển mối quan hệ với khách hàng hiện tại, tư vấn các giải pháp phù hợp để tối ưu hiệu suất kinh doanh cho khách hàng.
  • Phối hợp với các phòng ban (Vận hành, Livestream, Ads,…) để xây dựng các đề xuất dịch vụ phù hợp với nhu cầu khách hàng.
  • Đàm phán, làm báo giá, phối hợp với Sale Admin tạo hợp đồng cho khách hàng.
  • Xây dựng kế hoạch phát triển doanh số đảm bảo KPI doanh thu từ khách hàng tiềm năng.
  • Tham gia các sự kiện, hội thảo về TMĐT để mở rộng mạng lưới quan hệ và cơ hội kinh doanh.
  • Cập nhật xu hướng thị trường, kiến thức cơ bản về TMĐT và chính sách ưu đãi từ các nền tảng eCommerce để tối ưu dịch vụ.
  • Báo cáo kết quả công việc định kỳ cho cấp trên

Yêu cầu ứng viên:

  • Học vấn: Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Kinh tế, Quản trị Kinh doanh, Marketing, Truyền thông hoặc các ngành liên quan.
  • Có ít nhất 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm về sales, phát triển thị trường, đặc biệt là trong ngành Thương mại điện tử hoặc Digital Marketing.
  • Ưu tiên tiếng Anh tốt.
  • Có hiểu biết về các sàn TMĐT như Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop và các dịch vụ hỗ trợ cho người bán.
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán và thuyết phục tốt.
  • Kỹ năng phân tích, xử lý vấn đề và xây dựng chiến lược kinh doanh.
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại Agency, có mối quan hệ trong ngành TMĐT hoặc network với các thương hiệu, nhãn hàng, nhà bán hàng trên TMĐT
  • Thành thạo tin học văn phòng, đặc biệt là Excel, PowerPoint.

Thu nhập: Lương cứng: – VNĐ/tháng + Bonus UP TO VNĐ
