**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Researching new business ideas & conduct report monthly
- Participate in creating products concepts and models
- Coordinate all projects on given timeline within the stipulated scope and budget
- Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects
- Keep track of given budget allocations and alert to direct manager of exceeding budget.
- Manage relationships between teams and stakeholders
- Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools
- Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks
- Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed
- Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation system

**WHAT'S IDEAL TO US**
- Bachelor Degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration or its equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related experience in Marketing/ RnD/ Bussiness Development or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Has a genuine interest and knowledge of food and beverage or entertainment industry
- A good network of connections is an asset, including business partners/ market analysis firms or FnB Industry
- Self-motivated, creative flair, eye for details and resourceful
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills. Able to think and write strategically
- Advance computer proficiency. Skilled in proposal conducting is a must
- Those who embody the culture of the brand
- Service-focused, energetic and people-minded individuals with a can-do attitude
- Strong understanding of business strategy and creative concepts.
- English proficency is required in everyday pratice
