The Project Manager will be responsible for managing our Xdata product development, including projects in AWS Services, Data Services. Additionally, the role will involve resource management, following the “TechX_resource_planning”, to ensure optimal utilization of resources across projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- **_Project Manage_**_ment:_**
- Develop and execute project plans for Xdata development, projects in AWS Services, Data Services
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate project activities, tasks, and dependencies to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project updates, progress, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and maximizing cost-effectiveness

**2. **_Resource Management:_**
- Follow TechX resource planning to effectively manage resources across projects.
- Plan and allocate resources, including team members, equipment, and budget, based on project requirements.
- Monitor resource utilization, capacity, and availability to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve any resource conflicts or constraints.
- Regularly review resource allocation and make adjustments as necessary to optimize project outcomes.

**3.**_Stakeholder Management:_**
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Communicate project expectations, updates, and deliverables to stakeholders.
- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns or issues that may arise.

**4. **_Risk and Issue Management:_**
- Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress to identify and address any issues or obstacles.
- Escalate risks or issues as needed and collaborate with stakeholders to find solutions.
- Implement effective change management processes to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
- _Quality Assurance:_
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to defined project requirements.
- Implement quality control measures and processes to track and address any deviations or defects.
- Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the technology or data industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects involving AWS services, data services, and software development.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving project objectives.
- Experience in resource management, including resource allocation and capacity planning.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is highly desirable.
