Product Manager – Fleet Management Platform (B2B SaaS)

The Opportunity

We are building a fleet management SaaS platform that helps enterprises control, optimize, and automate fleet and logistics operations across fuel, repairs, maintenance, vehicles, drivers, and compliance.

This is a high-ownership role where you will define the product vision, work directly with customers, and shape a platform that becomes the operational backbone for fleet and cost management.

What You Will Own


• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap


• Lead product discovery with fleet managers, operations teams, and finance leaders


• Translate operational and financial pain points into clear product solutions


• Own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery to adoption


• Prioritize ruthlessly and decide what not to build


• Work closely with engineering, operations, and sales teams


• Drive integrations with:


• Fuel and toll systems


• Telematics / GPS providers


• TMS, ERP and accounting systems


• Define and track product success metrics (usage, retention, customer value)

Who We're Looking For

Must have


• 5+ years experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS


• Strong product discovery and prioritization skills


• Experience with complex workflows or system integrations


• Ability to work closely with engineers and business teams


• Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information

Nice to have


• Experience in fleet, logistics, mobility, fintech, ERP, or payments


• Experience as first or lead PM in a startup or scale-up


• Strong understanding of operational and financial user needs
