We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Creative Team, specializing in producing creative assets for Social, Digital, and OOH platforms.

This position is ideal for individuals with strong creative thinking, storytelling ability through visuals, and proficiency in motion graphics and video editing - aiming to deliver impactful designs that enhance communication effectiveness and strengthen brand connection.

You will be responsible for developing creative ideas, designing and producing high-quality visual content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute cohesive and effective campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Concept & Visual Direction

  • Develop creative ideas and visual directions for social, digital, and OOH campaigns.
  • Translate marketing briefs into engaging and visually appealing materials that align with brand strategy and campaign objectives.
  • Ensure visual consistency and quality across all creative outputs and brand identity systems.

Design & Motion Content Production

  • Design and produce key visuals, social posts, digital banners, video ads, and other digital marketing materials.
  • Create motion graphics, simple animations, and short-form videos for social and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with the
    Social, Planner, and Performance
    teams to optimize visuals for campaign effectiveness.

Reporting & Communication

  • Report directly to the
    Art Director
    .
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure creative deliverables meet requirements and deadlines.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for creative concepts and content production plans.

Creative Innovation & Trend Awareness

  • Stay updated on the latest design, animation, and content trends, especially in digital and social media.
  • Continuously experiment with new visual styles and formats to enhance creativity and communication performance.

Qualifications
:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia
    , or related fields.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience
    in graphic design, preferably in agency, digital media, or performance marketing environments.
  • Strong
    portfolio
    demonstrating digital design and motion graphic capabilities.
  • Proficient in
    Adobe Creative Suite
    , especially
    Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
    .
  • Experienced in designing for
    Social platforms
    (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and
    OOH media
    .
  • Required skills:
    Motion graphics and video editing.
  • Bonus: Experience using
    AI tools for image creation
    .
  • Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and visual storytelling ability.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, responsible, and passionate about creativity and design excellence.
