Ho Chi Minh City office has been established for over 15 years, primarily focusing on

Hospitality and Real Estate projects. Our working way is designed to leverage the

THE ROLE: SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Are you a highly experienced graphic designer? Can you craft visually compelling designs

that bring strategic objectives to life? Can you create innovative design solutions that

reflect clients' brand objectives?

We are looking for a professional, passionate, and inspiring Senior Graphic Designer to

join our Creative department. As a leading member of the design team in our Vietnam

office, you will be expected to leverage your experience and align with our Creative Team

in the Bangkok office to deliver the best possible work.

You will produce creative design work including visual identity, visual architecture, brand

portfolio, marketing and operational collateral and brand guidelines—all of which

translate business and brand strategies into compelling commercial value for clients.

As a senior designer, you will be expected to take ownership of projects from concept to

delivery, ensure an exceptional and consistent quality of work, manage several projects

simultaneously and work within deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS

● 8+ years of experience in graphic design, focusing on branding and visual identity in

design studios

● Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software (web

design/motion graphic design is a plus)

● Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory and layout

techniques

● Skilled in conceptualizing and executing innovate design solutions. Prefer

candidates with knowledge of production processes, including print techniques,

material selection… to consult Clients

● Deep experience in developing and comprehensive brand systems and guidelines

for consistent application across all touchpoints.

● Strong knowledge of digital design standards, including UX/UI principles for web

and mobile platforms (as a plus).

● Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to articulate and defend design

rationale & execution clearly and persuasively to both Internal & Clients.

● Impressive portfolio showcasing a range of branding projects across various

industries. Experience working on hospitality, real estate, lifestyle or destination

branding projects is a strong advantage.

● Understanding of regional and global design trends, with the ability to adapt them

thoughtfully to align with culture and international standards.

● Strong understanding of excellent design and its potential to drive business success

● Strong understanding of the commercial value of design

● Strong understanding of strategy and how it impacts design

● Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

● Ability to work with other departments—Content, Project Management, Video and

Strategy

● Open to receiving and implementing feedback

● Ability to perform under pressure. Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability

to anticipate design challenges and propose practical, innovative solutions.
