About The Role
We're looking for a Video Production Lead to create and manage engaging short-form videos for our e-commerce and social commerce campaigns.

You'll be the key person ensuring our brand stories come alive through great visuals, smooth production, and performance-driven content across platforms like TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production & Execution

• Manage daily video production activities — from planning, shooting to editing and delivery.
• Ensure all videos meet creative and performance standards, optimized for each platform.
• Work closely with content and brand teams to align production with campaign goals.

Creative Direction Support

• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to turn ideas into strong video concepts.
• Review scripts, visuals, and edits to ensure consistency and high-quality storytelling.
• Suggest new formats, trends, or approaches to keep content fresh and engaging.

Performance & Improvement

• Track key video metrics (view rate, engagement, conversion).
• Propose ideas and improvements to boost video impact and efficiency.

Team Coordination

• Work with internal and external editors, videographers, or freelancers when needed.
• Help maintain production schedules, digital assets, and equipment in good condition.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in video production, content creation, or e-commerce video.
• Hands-on experience in shooting, lighting setup, and post-production editing.
• Understanding of short-form video storytelling for e-commerce and social media.
• Able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced creative environment.
• English reading & writing skills.
