Role Overview

We are looking for a
GTM Lead / Marketing Lead (B2C Growth)
to build and scale our B2C growth engine. This is an
individual contributor
role at the early stage, you will own strategy but also execute directly, especially around content and funnel optimization.

What You'll Do

1. GTM & Growth Strategy

  • Build and execute B2C GTM strategy for the Vietnam market.
  • Own the full marketing funnel: awareness → activation → conversion → retention.
  • Diagnose funnel bottlenecks, propose experiments, and drive growth.

2. Content & Production (Vietnamese)

  • Develop
    Content Maps
    aligned with growth priorities.
  • Create content end-to-end: ideation → scripting → filming → editing → publishing.
  • Set and manage content KPIs; track performance and iterate quickly.
  • Manage freelancers (editors, content creators) where needed.

3. Campaigns & Performance Marketing

  • Plan, run, and optimize performance campaigns (FB Ads, TikTok Ads, and others).
  • Analyze dashboards and make quick
    cut/scale
    decisions.
  • Set KPI frameworks and link them to acquisition and revenue outcomes.

4. Ownership & Execution

  • Work directly with founders; move fast with high autonomy.
  • Manage budgets, run experiments, and deliver measurable impact.
  • Focus on growth, conversion, and performance — not long-term brand building (yet).

Requirements

Experience

  • 3–5 years
    in B2C Marketing / Growth Marketing.
  • Background in tech startups, consumer apps, e-commerce, or EdTech preferred.
  • Experience leading or operating large-scale campaigns with proven results.
  • Hands-on creator mindset — not suitable for traditional/brand-only marketers.

Skillset

  • Strong funnel analysis, KPI setting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to create content (especially video) hands-on.
  • Comfortable with performance marketing and experimentation loops.
  • Able to manage freelancers and cut poor-performing campaigns decisively.
