• We are seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead GVM into its next growth phase — a visionary leader with strong strategic thinking, large-scale operational capability, and deep experience in timeshare, hospitality, vacation ownership, or resort real estate.

I. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategic Direction & Growth:

2. Define the vision and long-term development strategy for GVM in alignment with NovaGroup's direction and industry dynamics.

3. Design and implement new business models to expand market share and ensure sustainable growth.
4. Establish strategic objectives from corporate to business-unit levels, ensuring annual targets are achieved.

5. Monitor, evaluate, and drive effective execution of strategic initiatives.

6. Overall Company Leadership & Operations:

7. Lead and oversee all business and operational activities to achieve growth objectives.

8. Monitor operational efficiency, optimize processes, and continuously improve service quality.
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, key clients, and stakeholders.

10. Act as the official representative and spokesperson of GVM in external engagements.

11. Building & Developing a High-Performance Leadership Team

12. Optimize organizational structure and develop team capabilities aligned with long-term strategy.

13. Develop short- and long-term workforce plans; directly participate in senior leadership recruitment.
14. Establish clear delegation and accountability frameworks to ensure smooth operations.

15. Build a high-performance culture, motivate teams, and develop succession leadership.

16. Risk Management & Governance:

17. Ensure compliance with laws, industry regulations, and group policies.

18. Control risks related to sales, legal matters, finance, customer service, and operations.

19. Proactively implement effective risk prevention and crisis management solutions.

20. Standardizing Management & Operating Systems:

21. Develop, implement, and continuously improve policies, procedures, templates, and authority matrices.

22. Lead internal training programs to enhance professional and leadership capabilities.
23. Manage internal data, promote digital transformation, and apply AI in management and operations.
24. Identify, assess, and report risks in accordance with internal governance requirements.
25. Take full responsibility for company assets, tools, and allocated resources.

II. REQUIREMENTS

1. Educational Background:

2. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Hospitality & Tourism, Finance, or related fields.

3. MBA or executive leadership certifications preferred.

4. Strong understanding of investment, business law, finance, and corporate governance.

5. Experience:

6. Minimum 15 years of senior management experience in Timeshare, Resort Real Estate, Hospitality, or Insurance.

7. At least 10 years in top executive roles (CEO / COO / Director level).

8. Strong preference for candidates with Direct Sales, Sales Gallery, and Vacation Ownership models experience.

9. Competencies & Skills:

10. Strategic mindset with fast, decisive, and accurate decision-making ability.

11. Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
12. Proven capability in change management, risk forecasting, and crisis handling.
13. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex business challenges.
14. Ability to lead organizations of 500–1,000+ employees.

15. Good command of English; proficient in MS Office.
