Your Role as CEO:

As Chief Executive Officer for Trusting Social, Vietnam, you will be entrusted with full ownership of our Vietnam business - its strategy, P&L, people, and partnerships - and report directly to the Group CEO. You will lead the team of about 150 people. You will use your deep insights to create disruptive products and be responsible for leading the team to deliver sustained revenue growth, profitability, and client satisfaction in Vietnam. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Leadership
• Define and execute Trusting Social's Vietnam strategy in alignment with global goals.
• Set clear performance objectives across commercial, product, and operational functions, and drive outcomes.
• Use deep insights to drive product innovation, identifying unmet needs and delivering disruptive solutions.
• Business Development & Market Expansion
• Identify new opportunities to increase revenue through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and innovative product offerings.
• Build and deepen strategic relationships with banks, fintechs, telcos, and government bodies.
• Operational Excellence & Financial Management
• Own the P&L, ensuring fiscal responsibility and long-term profitability.
• Drive cross-functional performance in product, engineering, sales, marketing, and support.
• Inspire, mentor, and lead a dynamic team that embraces a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Regulatory & External Engagement
• Navigate complex regulatory environments, acting as the company's primary liaison with policymakers and regulators.
• Represent Trusting Social in external forums to enhance brand and industry credibility.

Who You Are:

You are an ambitious, visionary executive with a proven track record in leading high-growth financial services or fintech businesses in Vietnam. You thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and are passionate about innovation and impact. You enjoy solving complex problems, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

• Leadership Experience: 15+ years in banking, fintech, or related industries, with at least 10 years of full P&L, commercial, and regulatory responsibility in Vietnam.
• Strong Network: You bring a strong reputation and trusted relationships across Vietnam's financial services, regulatory, and government ecosystems.
• Fluent in Vietnamese & English: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills across diverse situations.

Preferred Skills:

• Background in AI/data-led product companies or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience in regulated environments and managing complex compliance matters.
• Prior startup experience or in building new ventures within large organizations.

Location:

• Ho Chi Minh City (this is not a remote role, although travel, especially to Hanoi, will be needed)
