Role Overview

We are looking for a versatile Designer who can work across
growth design, visual design, and marketing assets
. You will design high-impact user journeys (onboarding, landing pages, paywalls), craft strong visual identities, and develop compelling digital assets that support user acquisition, engagement, and conversion.

This role is ideal for someone who is data-informed, fast at iteration, and comfortable integrating
AI-accelerated design workflows
into their creative process.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Product Design

  • Design and iterate on high-leverage surfaces: onboarding flows, paywalls, registration, lifecycle prompts and other product features
  • Build rapid prototypes or landing pages using Figma, Webflow, Framer, or no-code AI tools
  • Translate data, hypotheses, and experiment results into effective design decisions
  • Partner with PM to run A/B tests and optimize design decisions

Visual & Marketing Design

  • Create high-quality digital assets for web and mobile apps
  • Maintain cohesive brand identity with a modern, minimalist, wellness-oriented aesthetic
  • Work closely with marketing, content, and web teams to deliver visual materials

UX/UI & Wireframing

  • Apply UX/UI best practices to craft intuitive, user-centric experiences
  • Develop wireframes and design systems that ensure clarity and consistency
  • Collaborate across teams to validate user journeys and design flows

AI-Enabled Design

  • Utilize AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, Figma AI, Notion AI, Framer AI) to speed up ideation, asset creation, user journey exploration, and design iteration
  • Stay updated on AI design workflows and propose ways to integrate them into daily work

Qualifications

  • 6–8+ years of experience in Growth, Product, or Visual Design with a strong portfolio
  • Hands-on with Webflow, Framer, or other no-code AI tools; comfortable working with basic HTML/CSS
  • Demonstrated ability to use or learn
    AI-accelerated design workflows
    effectively
  • Strong typography, layout, and visual communication skills
  • Data-literate: able to interpret experiment results and iterate quickly
  • Organized and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
