We're looking for
a
Product Designer
who loves solving real-world problems through thoughtful, user-centered design. You'll join a collaborative, fast-moving, and light-hearted team focused on creating great experiences that make a measurable difference.

Job responsibilities:

• Join an Anduin squad and own the end-to-end design process for one of our core products, from ideation to implementation and iteration
• Collaborate closely with the product team to gather insights, define requirements, and align on product strategy and roadmap
• Conduct user research, analyze data, and leverage findings to inform design decisions and improve the user experience
• Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate design solutions
• Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders, gather feedback, and iterate based on input
• Ensure design consistency and cohesion by contributing to and leveraging Anduin's design system on Figma
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering growth and skill development within the team
• Proactively identify areas for improvement in existing products and processes, and drive initiatives to address them
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure accurate implementation of designs and smooth handoff of assets and specifications

Job qualifications:

Must-have:

• Passion for crafting intuitive and impactful user experiences
• Experience designing and shipping successful products/features
• Portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work on medium to complex projects
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and practices
• Expert proficiency in Figma and creating well-organized designs and flows
• Experience creating, leveraging and maintaining design systems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to clearly articulate design rationale
• Self-driven and proactive, with strong ownership and ability to autonomously drive design process while collaborating cross-functionally
• Growth mindset with openness to feedback and continuous learning

Nice-to-have:

• Experience designing products in B2B SaaS, venture finance, and/or private equity domains
• Experience working in fast-paced, agile startup environments
• Experience in mentoring and/or management
• Relevant certifications or advanced degrees in design or related fields
