  • Coordinate with forwarders to ensure smooth customs clearance and on-time delivery of shipments.
  • Prepare and check shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with import/export regulations.
  • Follow up with Customs for required documentation or explanation.
  • Support import duty & VAT calculation and monitor liquidation process.
  • Assist in reporting related to logistics operations when required.
  • Monitor delivery status and support handling claims for damaged goods.
  • Ensure timely communication with internal teams regarding shipment status and related issues.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Manager.

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of working experience in logistics or import/export operations
  • English: Able to read and understand import/export-related documents in English
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Others: Responsible, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and good communication skills
