About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Production Manager (Furniture Finishing)
to lead and optimize the finishing operations within our furniture manufacturing facility in Binh Duong. This role is critical to ensuring high-quality output, efficient workflow, and strong team performance in the finishing department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the furniture finishing department, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of finishing supervisors, technicians, and operators.
  • Develop and implement finishing processes that enhance product quality, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with design, production planning, and quality control teams to align finishing standards with customer expectations.
  • Monitor and maintain finishing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finishing operations using lean manufacturing principles.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Prepare and manage departmental budgets, production schedules, and performance reports.

Qualifications

  • 10-15 years of experience in furniture manufacturing, with a strong focus on finishing processes (e.g., staining, painting, lacquering, sealing).
  • Proven track record in people management, team leadership, and workforce development.
  • Deep understanding of finishing materials, techniques, and quality control standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese; English proficiency is a plus.
