Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: 28,000,000 VND/month.
  • Social insurance: Full salary contribution from the first month.
  • Meal allowance: 780,000 VND/month.
  • Parking allowance: 200,000 VND/month.
  • Leave: 1 day of paid leave per month.

Role Overview

Provide legal support to ensure compliance with local laws and company policies, review contracts and marketing materials, and assist in managing legal risks for the Vietnam business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and process contracts, ensuring compliance with guidelines, and assist with corporate documents.
  • Check marketing materials, product artwork, and official communications for legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Support in handling disputes and litigation involving customers, vendors, employees, and consumers.
  • Maintain statutory registers, prepare board/shareholder resolutions, and ensure proper filings.
  • Prepare and submit reports to authorities; manage business licenses and permits.
  • Conduct initial trademark clearance and coordinate with marketing teams for regulatory approvals.
  • Monitor trademark registrations, renewals, and oppositions to protect IP rights.
  • Compile internal reports and maintain the company secretarial database.
  • Review invoices from external counsel for compliance with guidelines and tax requirements.
  • Maintain shared legal templates and records.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Law.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English (spoken and written).
  • 3–5 years of experience
    , preferably in a multinational company; FMCG experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of IP laws, labor regulations, and advertising/promotion laws.
  • Excellent planning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and related applications.
  • High integrity, detail-oriented, proactive, and service-minded.
