Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales/Reservation Executive located in Hanoi. The Sales/Reservation Executive will be responsible for managing reservations, handling customer service inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also includes sales activities such as identifying client needs, providing travel consultations, and closing sales to achieve company targets.
Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in managing Sales/ Reservations and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in Sales for atleast 2years
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with the Japanese culture and travel industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field
Salary & benefits
- 16,000,000VND - 22,000,000VND (depending on a experience)
- Quarterly bonus subject to meeting sales target
- Opportunity to travel to Japan after being in a role for 12 months
- Holidays/ leave in accordance to the labor law of Vietnam
