Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform all aspects of Equipment maintenance activities/tasks to minimize downtime.
  • Familiar with machine operating system and able to troubleshoot the manufacturing machines.
  • Preventive maintenances are properly carried out and recorded.
  • Equipment breakdown is properly repair and at the best available time.
  • Make work improvement to reduce the downtime of critical machine.
  • All equipment spare parts are properly stored and recorded.
  • Through the daily activities, create the "One Point Lesson" to record and sharing the good things to team.
  • Do the housekeeping and keep the workplace clean at all-time.
  • Propose the improvement idea and Kaizen to improve the working condition, reduce losses and saving cost.
  • Be a member of improvement's projects
  • Follow and compliance the Environment-Health-Safety requirements strictly.
  • Feedback on safety and security behaviour with other team members.

Education & Experience

  • 3+ years' experience in manufacturing environment, repair and preventive maintenance machine.
  • Familiar with manufacturing environment.
  • Operate and troubleshoot for manufacturing equipment, CNC, Mechanical devices, Electrical devices.
  • Repair and perform the maintenance for manufacturing's equipment routinely.
  • Able to read electrical drawing.
  • Able to operate machines with PLC, HMI.
  • Willing to support at any times.
