Mould Maintenance Technician

Job Description
Core Responsibilities/ Trách nhiệm chính

• Maintain LEGO Moulds in proper conditions to guarantee a reliable production output.
• Bảo trì khuôn LEGO trong điều kiện thích hợp để đảm bảo đầu ra sản xuất ổn định.
• Perform preventive maintenance to Moulds based on daily planning log and priorities for systematic cleaning and end of order.
• Thực hiện bảo trì phòng ngừa cho khuôn theo kế hoạch hàng ngày và thứ tự ưu tiên để làm sạch hệ thống và kết thúc đơn hàng.
• Preventive cleaning to arrival Moulds.
• Làm sạch phòng ngừa cho các khuôn mới đến.
• Mould storage in the correct rack, scan location and system update.
• Lưu trữ khuôn đúng giá kệ, quét vị trí và cập nhật hệ thống.
• Report immediately to shift leader or any colleague with higher skills any problem detected in the mould during the preventive maintenance process.
• Báo cáo ngay cho trưởng ca hoặc đồng nghiệp có kỹ năng cao hơn về bất kỳ vấn đề nào phát hiện trong quá trình bảo trì phòng ngừa khuôn.
• Troubleshooting of minor problems with Moulds running in production.
• Xử lý sự cố nhỏ với các khuôn đang vận hành trong sản xuất.
• Open and close orders in MaintainIT registering accurate man time related to the work performed.
• Mở và đóng đơn hàng trong hệ thống MaintainIT, ghi nhận chính xác thời gian thực hiện công việc.
• Quality High focus on First Time Through, do it right the first time.
• Chất lượng Tập trung cao vào tỷ lệ hoàn thành ngay lần đầu, làm đúng ngay từ đầu.
• Learning In everyday basis, different types of Moulds, components, platforms, problem solving.
• Học hỏi Hàng ngày tiếp cận với các loại khuôn khác nhau, linh kiện, nền tảng, và giải quyết vấn đề.
• Caring Support the company's priorities by caring about his/her safety and also caring about team mates.
• Quan tâm Hỗ trợ các ưu tiên của công ty bằng cách quan tâm đến an toàn của bản thân và đồng đội.
• 5S to work station and rest of the Mould Maintenance areas.
• Thực hiện 5S tại khu vực làm việc và khu vực bảo trì khuôn.

Do you have what it takes? / Yêu cầu công việc

• Prefer candidates with 1–2 years of experience in plastic injection mould maintenance.
• Ưu tiên ứng viên có 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm bảo trì khuôn ép nhựa.
• Degree in engineering mechanical is a plus.
• Có bằng kỹ sư cơ khí là một lợi thế.
• Soft skills (communication, feedback, organization, systematic approach).

• Process thinking.

• Traveling (occasionally, based on business needs).

• Able to communicate basic in English.
