Required Qualifications

• Graduated from Mechanical, Metallurgical, Mechatronics, Electrical-Electronics Engineering or related engineering departments, or from relevant departments of vocational schools,
• At least 3 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance or production facilities,
• Knowledge of basic mechanics and electricity; competent in equipment disassembly–assembly, lubrication, and part replacement,
• Knowledgeable about vacuum systems, furnaces, pumps, or measurement/test devices,
• Able to read technical documentation and well-versed in occupational health and safety rules,
• Able to work in accordance with planned maintenance principles and capable of keeping regular records,
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills,
• Responsible and open to learning,
• Able to work in shifts and adapt to flexible working hours in line with business objectives,

Job Description

• Conducting periodic maintenance and routine inspections of vacuum systems, furnaces, pumps, measurement and test devices, material preparation equipment, and auxiliary process machinery within the facility,
• Identifying equipment malfunctions, performing first-level troubleshooting, and coordinating with relevant technical services when necessary,
• Performing basic calibrations of equipment,
• Conducting leak tests on vacuum and gas atmosphere systems; inspecting fittings and lines,
• Carrying out lubrication, cleaning, and wear detection tasks on pumps, coolers, and moving mechanical components,
• Inspecting sensors, cables, and connections of production, measurement, and test equipment,
• Executing all maintenance activities in accordance with the maintenance plan; keeping maintenance records, and reporting consumable and spare part requirements,
• Contributing to the development of maintenance instructions and procedures,
• Working in compliance with occupational health and safety rules,
