- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on production machinery and equipment to ensure continuous and stable operations.
- Develop preventive maintenance schedules and plans for machinery, equipment, and company infrastructure, and monitor implementation.
- Prepare maintenance reports, improvement proposals
- Track and manage maintenance records, and propose upgrades or replacements for outdated or underperforming equipment.
- Participate in the renovation and improvement of company facilities.
- Collaborate with relevant departments (Purchasing, Administration, Production, etc.) to plan and coordinate procurement, installation.
- Proficiently use office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) for reporting, data analysis, and work management.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- College degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in machinery maintenance, facility management (Manufacturing industry preferred).
- Basic English proficiency
- Technical Expertise (electrical troubleshooting, equipment repairs)
- Preventive Maintenance (scheduling and execution of maintenance plans)
- Safety Compliance (adhering to safety standards and regulations)
- Teamwork & Communication (collaboration with production teams)
- Computer Skills (advanced Word, Excel).
