Mô tả công việc

  • Xác định nhu cầu tuyển dụng dựa trên tình hình thực tế hoặc theo tìm hiểu xu hướng mới của ngành.

  • Đề xuất phương án triển khai việc tuyển dụng. Lập kế hoạch tuyển dụng theo quy trình tuyển dụng.

  • Thực hiện công tác Tuyển dụng: Tiếp nhận và kiểm soát đề xuất tuyển dụng, đăng tuyển, tìm kiếm và sàng lọc hồ sơ từ các nguồn khác nhau, sắp xếp phỏng vấn, đánh giá và chọn ứng viên phù hợp, trình duyệt... đảm bảo số lượng và chất lượng tuyển dụng được giao.

  • Khai thác, phát triển nguồn ứng viên nội bộ và bên ngoài.

  • Phối hợp với Trưởng phòng/Ban để nắm kế hoạch nhân sự và đảm bảo đáp ứng kịp thời các yêu cầu tuyển dụng.

  • Cung cấp dữ liệu báo cáo liên quan đến công tác tuyển dụng.

  • Tham gia xây dựng và phát triển thương hiệu tuyển dụng của công ty

  • Các công việc khác theo sự phân công của quản lý trực tiếp.

  • Quản lý, dẫn dắt, huấn luyện team tuyển dụng, đảm bảo hiệu suất và phát triển năng lực đội nhóm.

  • Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của quản lý trực tiếp.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành liên quan.
  • Tối thiểu 4 năm kinh nghiệm tuyển dụng, trong đó ít nhất 2 năm tuyển IT, hoặc có kinh nghiệm Team Leader/Lead Recruiter.
  • Từng có kinh nghiệm Employer Branding hoặc HRBP.
  • Từng có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại các công ty IT Product
  • Kỹ năng phỏng vấn, sàng lọc CV, lập kế hoạch và quản lý quy trình tuyển dụng thành thạo.
  • Có kinh nghiệm triển khai Talent Program hoặc chương trình thu hút nhân tài là lợi thế.
  • Giao tiếp tốt, xử lý tình huống linh hoạt, chăm chỉ, cầu tiến, chịu được áp lực cao.
  • Thành thạo tin học văn phòng (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Năng động, sáng tạo, thích ứng nhanh với môi trường startup.
