Job description

1. Mô tả công việc:

Chuyên viên Business Analyst tại Superb AI là cầu nối giữa đội ngũ kỹ thuật, khách hàng và ban lãnh đạo — chịu trách nhiệm nghiên cứu thị trường, định hình sản phẩm, chuyển đổi nhu cầu kinh doanh thành yêu cầu kỹ thuật, và theo dõi tiến độ phát triển để đảm bảo sản phẩm AI Agent được triển khai hiệu quả, đúng chiến lược.

2. Nhiệm vụ chính:

Nghiên cứu & Phân tích thị trường:

  • Nghiên cứu xu hướng công nghệ, sản phẩm SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) và Agentic AI cho làm việc trên Digital: Marketing, Sale, CRM, HR, Product.
  • Phân tích hành vi người dùng, nhu cầu khách hàng, xác định insight và đề xuất giải pháp sản phẩm phù hợp.

Phân tích & Xây dựng yêu cầu sản phẩm:

  • Thu thập, phân tích yêu cầu từ khách hàng và Ban lãnh đạo.
  • Viết Product Requirement Document (PRD), User Story, Use Case, UI Flow, mô tả chi tiết tính năng giao diện quản trị (dashboard) cho các tính năng: Marketing, Sale, CRM, HR.
  • Viết Product Requirement Document cho tính năng từng Agent, system prompt, tương tác với Database nội bộ của agent, tương tác với dịch vụ bên ngoài.
  • Trao đổi với team Marketing, thu thập phản hồi của khách hàng để hoàn thiện yêu cầu tính năng cho Agent.
  • Đảm bảo yêu cầu rõ ràng, nhất quán và phù hợp với khả năng phát triển kỹ thuật.

Phối hợp triển khai với đội ngũ kỹ thuật:

  • Làm việc trực tiếp với dev team trong quá trình phát triển, kiểm thử và hoàn thiện sản phẩm.
  • Giải thích nghiệp vụ, xác nhận kết quả từng sprint, đảm bảo chất lượng tính năng theo kế hoạch.
  • Theo sát tiến độ, hỗ trợ xử lý vấn đề kỹ thuật hoặc nghiệp vụ phát sinh.

Kiểm soát tiến độ & Báo cáo:

  • Lập và theo dõi kế hoạch triển khai, đảm bảo đúng timeline dự án.
  • Đánh giá rủi ro, đề xuất hướng xử lý kịp thời.
  • Báo cáo tiến độ, kết quả và đề xuất cải tiến hàng tuần cho Ban Giám đốc.
  • Phân tích hiệu quả & Cải tiến sản phẩm:
  • Đánh giá hiệu quả của các tính năng sau khi ra mắt.
  • Thu thập phản hồi người dùng, đề xuất cải tiến hoặc tính năng mới cho sản phẩm AI Agent.
Your skills and experience

Must have:

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành CNTT hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.
  • Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Business Analyst
  • Sử dụng nhiều các công cụ AI trong công việc như ChatGPT, Claude, Figma AI…
  • Có hiểu biết tốt về Database, logic cả Front-end và Backend, và luồng dữ liệu trong sản phẩm phần mềm.

Nice to have:

  • Ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm sản phẩm SaaS, CRM, ERP, Ecommerce, AI.
  • Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm viết system prompt cho AI, các công cụ xử lý vector cho AI như Qdrant, tích hợp API/MCP các dịch vụ.
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm xây dựng hoặc phân tích sản phẩm AI Agent / đã từng dựng các workflow trên n8n hoặc tương tự để tối ưu công việc.
  • Hiểu biết về UI/UX và quy trình phát triển sản phẩm theo mô hình Agile/Scrum.
  • Tư duy hệ thống, khả năng phân tích logic, viết tài liệu rõ ràng, có khả năng làm việc nhóm và giao tiếp tốt.
