Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Business Analyst based in Hanoi. The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, analyze business processes, and identify opportunities for improvement. Additional responsibilities include preparing functional specifications, communicating requirements to cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment between client expectations and deliverables. The role also involves supporting project implementation by providing insights and addressing any issues that arise throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Business Analysis for evaluating data and deriving actionable insights
  • Proficiency in understanding and documenting Business Processes and Business Requirements
  • Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges
  • Professional experience in IT, software, or a relevant technical domain
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Additional certifications like CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) will be considered an advantage
