Work Location: 63 Cao Thang Str, Ban Co Ward, HCMC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of monthly financial reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
  • Assist in variance analysis between actual results and budgets/forecasts to identify key business drivers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) to gather data and business insights.
  • Help update and maintain financial models and planning tools.
  • Participate in the annual budgeting and long-term planning processes.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial and business analysis as requested by the FP&A team.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in financial reporting and data visualization.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate or fresh graduate majoring in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas).
  • Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
