Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between HQ and customers, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Conduct regular market research and trend analysis across all product categories, including Women's, Men's, Kids, Baby, Activewear, and Sleepwear.
  • Provide insights and updates on competitor activities and industry developments.
  • Create trend and inspiration reports for internal and customer presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with HQ departments (R&D and Sales) and the US Apparel Sales Management team.
  • Manage sample tracking, including preparation and shipment to HQ and customers.
  • Support and prepare necessary materials for customer meetings and presentations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion/Apparel Design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in fashion/apparel design and product development.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and manage details effectively.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for fashion and product innovation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
