As Technical Developer (Apparel), you are responsible for ensuring that On’s product meets consumers expectations in terms of fits & workmanship. As a key member of the globally integrated supply chain team and cross-functional apparel organization, you will be based in Hanoi, Vietnam with frequent travel within Asia.

**Your Mission**:

- Establish the right fit & workmanship standard for On’s Apparel range.
- Monitor and maintain ON Block pattern, grading & tolerance standard.
- Implement an efficient process of sample evaluation between Zurich & suppliers
- Evaluate tech-packs for the right construction details to gain efficiency in production
- Act as a bridge between design & suppliers in providing solutions on construction techniques.

**Your story**:

- Professional degree in pattern making, Grading & garment technology. Basic knowhow of fabrics would be a plus.
- At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in patterns, fits & garment construction techniques; 3 years of factory experience is desirable.
- 3 or more years in Sportswear specific working experience.
- Working knowledge of computerized 2D pattern system and PLM. Working experience on 3D system will be an added advantage.
- Good computing skill including Microsoft Office, Adobe illustrator.
- Strong time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills & good relationship management with Suppliers
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- An entrepreneurial and open mindset, an eagerness for differentiation and a natural push for excellence.
- Able to balance creativity with organization and discipline in a fast-paced environment

**Your story**:
