In this role, you will:
  • Coach and mentor Project Managers (PMs) to improve delivery quality, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Support PMs in dealing with challenging project situations or client interactions.
  • Guide and onboard new PMS to Gradion's way of working and delivery standards.
  • Encourage and train PMs to use AI effectively to improve productivity, communication, and decision-making.
  • Identify recurring issues or gaps in delivery practices and organize group coaching sessions to address them.
  • Collaborate with PMs to continuously refine project processes and communication standards.
  • Step in to mediate or support when project-level conflicts or misunderstandings arise between PMs and clients.
What you will bring:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, delivery leadership, or a similar role in a digital or tech environment.
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, or guide other professionals.
  • Background in training, mentoring, or people development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and navigating complex delivery situations.
  • Good understanding of modern AI tools and their practical application in project workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills.
Nice to have:
  • Experience working in multi-client or agency-style environments.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital delivery frameworks.
  • Experience introducing or scaling new tools or practices across teams.
  • Solid understanding of data-driven delivery and metrics-based improvement.
