Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Communications Intern. The intern will be responsible for designing and implementing communication strategies, drafting press releases, and supporting public relations campaigns. Day-to-day tasks will also include coordinating marketing communications efforts, assisting with strategic communications planning, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure message consistency and impact.

Qualifications

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing and communication campaigns to promote Kademia's learning programs and brand initiatives
  • Support in creating engaging content for digital channels, including social media, newsletters, website, and event materials
  • Help manage online communities and respond to audience interactions to enhance engagement and visibility
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the education sector
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Academic, Marketing, and Partnerships) to deliver consistent and impactful communication
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating events, workshops, and student activities
  • Contribute to storytelling efforts by writing feature articles, success stories, and on-site highlights

Requirements

  • Third, final-year student or recent graduate in one of the following majors: Marketing, Communication, Business, or Public Relations related fields
  • Effective communication and presentation in both English and Vietnamese
  • Passionate about education, branding, and digital communication
  • Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with social media platforms, content creation, or campaign coordination
  • Familiarity with design or analytics tools (e.g., Canva, Power BI, CapCut, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) will be an advantage
  • Creative, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic and collaborative environment
  • Willing to take 6-months duration
  • Ready to start from Dec 2025
