Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Automation Analyst, located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The successful candidate will analyze financial processes and identify opportunities for automation to enhance efficiency in operations.

The role also involves designing and building finance-focused AI applications—such as reporting templates, dashboards, and automated workflows—to enhance accuracy and efficiency. In addition, the analyst will prepare detailed written and verbal reports for both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data and identifying areas for automation
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing Process Automation solutions
  • Experience in Testing and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of automation systems
  • Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights
  • Knowledge of finance or accounting processes is highly beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment
  • Experience with tools and platforms related to data analysis, automation, or ERP systems is a plus
