A. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Propose, develop, and regularly review strategies, policies, regulations, and implementation plans related to IT Risk Management within the Company.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor systems, processes, and regulations for operational risk to identify, assess, and respond to IT-related risks across the organization, including:

  • Process for collecting and handling Operational Risk Events

  • Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process
  • Operational Risk reporting system, including Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)

  • Regulations and processes for establishing Business Continuity Plans (BCP)

  • Coordinate the development and implementation of internal communication and training programs on Risk Management to introduce, establish, maintain, and enhance the enterprise-wide risk culture.

  • Operate, measure, monitor, alert, and handle IT-related risks across all systems.

  • Participate in operational risk assessments for new products, processes, and technologies.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Working Hours:
08:30 – 17:30 (Monday – Friday)

Workplace:
G-Group Building, 5 Nguyen Thi Due, Yen Hoa, Ha Noi

B. JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher.

2. Relevant Knowledge / Expertise:

  • Accounting – Auditing, Risk Management, Economic Mathematics

  • Finance – Banking

3. Skills:

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, etc.)

  • Strong numerical and risk-sensitivity skills

4. Related Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in IT, accounting, auditing, risk management, or data analysis; preference for candidates with risk management consulting experience at leading audit firms.

  • Experience in developing risk management policies

  • Strong understanding of IT systems and IT-related risks
