We're looking for a
Project Manager
working in
Hanoi
office as the following scopes and requirements:

Role Description

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of IT projects . This role ensures projects are completed within decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope while meeting client needs. The Project Manager will also monitor and present project updates to stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

  • Project Work Prioritization: Review, check, and prioritize project work according to plans. Monitor project progress and performance.

  • Travel: Travel for overseas projects may be necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above

  • Good project management skill.

  • At least 02 years' experience leading software solution project, especially banking project.

The candidate must have acted as a Project Manager or in an equivalent role (e.g., Senior Project Coordinator, Assistant Project Manager) in at least two projects.

  • Knowledge of banking systems or banking solution is an advantage.

  • Good speaking, writing and reading in English language are required.

  • Fast learning and good team work spirit

  • Self-motivated, able to work independently

  • Ability to work well under pressure

  • Excellent account management, negotiation and persuasion skills

  • Positive "Can Do" attitude and willing to achieve the "unachievable"
