JOB DUTIES

• Develop and implement machine learning models for image recognition tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into production systems.
• Conduct experiments, evaluate model performance, and optimize algorithms for accuracy and efficiency.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree: Strong academic background in Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science (minimum 2:1 or equivalent).

• Strong technical background with a degree in science, engineering, mathematics or

computer science (2:1 minimum)

• Good understanding of software design patterns, best practices and principles

• Practical experience of test-driven development

• Strong interest in model development and validation

• Good knowledge of at least one object-oriented language

• Highly effective communicator who encourages innovation through collaboration

• Natural problem-solver with a desire to learn

• Organised and self-motivated

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python for machine learning and data processing.

• Proficiency in Python for AI and image processing. Experience with Computer Vision frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

• Solid understanding of algorithms, statistics, and model evaluation metrics.

Nice-to-have:

• C#/.NET

Languages:

• English (must)

• Japanese (nice to have)
