  • Model Development & Deployment: Design, develop, and implement machine learning models for applications in Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics, Recommendation Systems, or Generative AI.
  • Data Processing: Work with large datasets to clean, preprocess, and analyze data for machine learning tasks.
  • Algorithm Implementation: Apply advanced machine learning techniques and algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning models.
  • Model Training & Tuning: Train machine learning models and fine-tune hyperparameters to optimize performance.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, software engineers, and product managers) to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve the performance of existing models and algorithms.
  • Research & Innovation: Stay updated on the latest AI/ML research and tools, exploring innovative approaches to improve models and workflows.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear documentation of model architectures, training processes, and evaluation metrics.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience in Machine Learning: Practical knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Computer Vision: Object detection, image classification, segmentation, etc.
  • Predictive Analytics: Time-series forecasting, anomaly detection, etc.
  • Recommendation Systems: Collaborative filtering, content-based filtering, etc.
  • Generative AI: Natural language generation, deep generative models (GANs, VAEs), large language models (LLMs), etc.
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python; familiarity with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.
  • Data Handling: Experience with data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy), and working knowledge of SQL for querying databases.
  • Model Deployment: Understanding of deploying models into production using cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Version Control: Proficient in Git for version control and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating your expertise in relevant fields.

Soft Skills:

  • Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and technologies.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with cloud-based AI services (AWS Sagemaker, Google AI, Azure ML).
  • Knowledge of MLOps frameworks for automating the deployment and management of ML models.
  • Understanding of natural language processing (NLP).
  • Contributions to open-source projects or publications in AI/ML.
