AI Solutions Engineer

At Brighton, this role isn't about playing with shiny tools — it's about creating real impact. You'll design and deploy AI-assisted systems, build modular agents, and experiment with frameworks that push the business forward.

What makes this role unique: You'll turn AI from buzzword to business engine — shaping workflows, automating tasks, and driving smarter decisions.

You'll own:

  • Research, design, and deploy AI-assisted solutions
  • Build modular AI agents with workflow tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.)
  • Experiment with AI frameworks and models (LLMs, MCP, etc.)
  • Standardize data from multiple sources
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver real results

You're probably right for this if:

Strong in Python, Linux, and API development

Solid knowledge of data structures & algorithms

Hands-on with workflow/automation tools (Power Automate, n8n, Airflow, Zapier, etc.)

Portfolio of actual AI-related projects

Experience with open-source solutions (self-deploy, hosting, etc.)

Bonus points for ML knowledge or data viz skills (Power BI, Superset, etc.)
