1. Mục tiêu & Bối cảnh tuyển dụng

Ứng viên cần
onboard trong tháng 12
để tham gia trực tiếp vào
1 trong 2 bài toán trọng điểm
:

  1. SOC tự hành (AI-driven SOC):
    Thiết kế mô hình vận hành SOC thế hệ mới, ứng dụng
    AI/LLM
    làm trung tâm xử lý – con người đóng vai trò cố vấn và ra quyết định chuyên gia.
  2. Tự động hóa SOC (AI SOC Analysis):
    Ứng dụng
    AI Agent
    để tự động hóa vận hành SOC, hỗ trợ
    xây dựng báo cáo, vận hành cảnh báo, incident và hunting.

Mục tiêu tuyển dụng

  • Tư vấn, đóng góp thiết kế tổng thể hệ thống SOC AI bền vững.
  • Ứng dụng
    AI Agentic
    và
    LLM
    để tối ưu hóa quy trình phân tích – vận hành an ninh mạng.

2. Mô tả công việc

  • Thiết kế và triển khai
    giải pháp ứng dụng AI
    trong hệ thống an toàn thông tin.
  • Xây dựng
    phần mềm và hệ thống tự động hóa giám sát, cảnh báo, xử lý sự cố.
  • Nghiên cứu, lựa chọn công nghệ và mô hình AI phù hợp để tích hợp vào
    quy trình SOC hiện tại.
  • Làm việc cùng các đội phân tích, vận hành, phát triển sản phẩm để
    nâng cao hiệu năng, khả năng mở rộng và tự động hóa.

3. Yêu cầu ứng viên
Trình độ học vấn

  • Tốt nghiệp
    ĐH loại Khá trở lên
    các ngành
    CNTT, Khoa học Máy tính, Toán – Tin
    hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.
  • Tiếng Anh tương đương
    TOEIC 650+
    hoặc tương đương.

Kinh nghiệm & Kỹ năng kỹ thuật

Bắt buộc:

  • Tối thiểu
    3–5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực AI/ML
    (ưu tiên có dự án thực tế về
    NLP/LLM
    ).
  • Thành thạo
    Python
    , vững
    data structure & algorithm
    .
  • Hiểu và áp dụng tốt
    các mô hình Machine Learning và Deep Learning
    .
  • Có
    kiến thức về Agentic AI Design Pattern
    và đã
    triển khai ít nhất 1 dự án thực tế.
  • Kinh nghiệm làm việc với
    time series, tabular, text data.
  • Có kinh nghiệm tích hợp
    LLM API, prompt engineering, function calling.
  • Ưu tiên hiểu biết
    GenAI, RAG, CoT (Chain-of-Thought)
    và hệ thống kiến trúc IT (SQL, NoSQL, microservices, container, message queue...).
  • Ưu tiên từng làm việc với nền tảng
    Big Data (Hadoop, Spark, Notebook...).

Ưu tiên thêm:

  • Có
    thành tích học thuật hoặc giải thưởng quốc gia
    , bài báo khoa học, hoặc từng là
    first/second author
    trên tạp chí/hội nghị quốc tế.
  • Có
    tư duy hệ thống
    , khả năng giải quyết bài toán phức tạp.
  • Giao tiếp tốt, có khả năng
    giải thích vấn đề kỹ thuật cho cả đối tượng không chuyên.
  • Có năng lực
    dẫn dắt, mentoring đội ngũ kỹ sư trẻ.
