Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and execute business strategies to drive revenue, profitability, and market share.
  • Represent the company with government authorities, business partners, and clients.
  • Report to the Board of Directors and align local strategies with SAEILO Group objectives.

Business Development

  • Expand customer base in industrial machinery and CAD/CAM software sectors.
  • Strengthen partnerships with suppliers, technology providers, and key clients.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and lead business expansion projects.

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations across Sales, Finance, HR, and Customer Service.
  • Ensure high-quality after-sales support and customer satisfaction.
  • Optimize processes, budgets, and resources to maximize efficiency.

People & Culture

  • Build, mentor, and inspire a strong management team.
  • Maintain SAEILO's culture of professionalism, continuous learning, and teamwork.
  • Implement KPIs and performance management systems.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • years of management experience, with at least 5 years in a top leadership role (General Director/Managing Director).
  • Background in industrial machinery, CAD/CAM software, or precision engineering is highly preferred.
  • Proven success in business development and operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English both Japanese language skills are a plus).
  • Integrity, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-changing market.
