Vị trí tuyển dụng/ Positions: Senior Human Resources Staff

Mô tả công việc

  • Quản lý hồ sơ chấm công, kiểm tra và xác nhận bảng công hàng ngày/hàng tháng đảm bảo chính xác và tuân thủ theo quy định của công ty.
  • Chuẩn bị, ký kết và quản lý hợp đồng lao động (hợp đồng mới, gia hạn, kéo dài, chấm dứt).
  • Thực hiện thủ tục liên quan đến BHXH, BHYT, BHTN: đăng ký, điều chỉnh và giải quyết chế độ.
  • Duy trì, cập nhật và đảm bảo tính chính xác của hồ sơ nhân viên và dữ liệu nhân sự.
  • Đảm bảo tuân thủ Luật Lao động Việt Nam, quy định về BHXH và chính sách của công ty.
  • Hỗ trợ Trưởng phòng Nhân sự trong các vấn đề liên quan.
  • Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của Trưởng bộ phận, hỗ trợ team và các phòng ban khi cần.

Yêu cầu

  • Nữ, từ 28 ~ 32 tuổi.
  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học bằng Cử nhân, chuyên ngành Nhân sự, QTKD hoặc liên quan
  • Từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong hành chính nhân sự
  • Có kinh nghiệm về C&B (chấm công, hợp đồng lao động, bảo hiểm xã hội, thuế PIT…)
  • Tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Nhật giao tiếp tốt

Quyền lợi

  • Lương : 18-20 triệu + PC ngoại ngữ.

  • Lương tháng 13 + thưởng 2 lần / năm – bình quân nhận 15 tháng lương/năm

  • 1 năm tăng lương 1 lần vào T4 hàng năm (mức tăng bình quân khoảng 7%)

  • Được tham gia BHYT, BHXH, BHTN theo đúng luật định

  • Ngày làm việc: Thứ 2 - Thứ 6 (7h45 – 16h30, nghỉ trưa 45')

  • Được hưởng đầy đủ các chế độ theo Luật Lao động của Việt Nam.

  • Xe đưa đón: 4 tuyến (Từ Hàng Xanh, Ngã 4 Thủ Đức, Biên Hòa và Bà Rịa-Vũng Tàu)
