What You Can Expect:

  • Customer qualification for outside sales, BD and BM.
  • Securing new customers via the cold calls.
  • Implementing customer approach campaigns.
  • Support sales team to follow up customers inquiries till get the business.
  • Support sales team regarding Sugar inputs, quotation preparation.
  •  Co-ordinate to checking rates with procurement team, solving internal issues with OPS and other departments to deliver the smooth communication with customers
  • Conducting sales and business report, making other reports such as shipment list, sales performance for outside sales, BD and BM (base on request).
  • Ensure the proper data quality standards such as Sugar updates.

What You Bring:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Vietnamese. French is a plus.
  • Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines;
  • Good team player;
  • Possess a positive customer-oriented mind set.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Being flexible and responsive to customers' changing needs
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in marketing, business management, logistics or any related fields.
  • Excellent in oral/written communication skills.
  • Fluently English is a must.
  • 2-5 years experience in Freight Forwarding industry is a must.
  • Willing to travel in and out of the country.
  • Computer literate.
