Two exciting full-time opportunities await in
Hanoi
:

1. Training Manager – Lead the next generation of green building professionals

If you love
education, sustainability, and community impact
, this role is for you.

You'll design and manage training programs on green buildings and the LOTUS rating system, work with experts and universities, and help shape the future of Vietnam's green building movement.

You will:

  • Plan and deliver training courses, webinars, and LOTUS AP exams
  • Build relationships with universities and professionals nationwide
  • Support marketing and events teams in creating engaging learning experiences
  • Be part of a mission that inspires and empowers others to build better

We're looking for:

  • A background in Education, Architecture, Business, or similar
  • 3+ years of experience in training or education management
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese
  • A positive, self-driven mindset — and a heart for sustainability

2. Accountant & Administration Assistant – Keep our mission running smoothly

Behind every impactful organization is a strong foundation — and that's where you come in.

In this dual role, you'll balance numbers and people:

  • Handle accounting tasks (reports, invoices, payroll, tax, compliance)
  • Support administration for our Director and teams (meetings, travel, documents)
  • Be the trusted point of coordination keeping everything efficient and organized

We're looking for:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields
  • Proven experience in accounting and executive assistance
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive
  • Strong organizational and communication skills (Vietnamese & English)
