Accelerate AI literacy and world-class education in Vietnam—by helping teachers teach with AI and helping learners learn better, every day.

2. About the Role

STEAM for Vietnam is launching OctoAI to support both teachers and learners with a self-paced, interactive, classroom-ready experience. As Education PM, you'll sit at the intersection of pedagogy, product, and operations. You'll turn real classroom needs into usable curricula, onboarding, help content, and a community of practice—so teachers adopt OctoAI confidently and students see measurable learning gains.

3. What You'll Do

a) Curriculum Design & Class Operations

  • Develop course/content frameworks aligned with Vietnamese classrooms; apply learning science to course design.
  • Oversee content creation and class operations (planning, delivery cadence, quality).
  • Track outcomes and iterate; bring creative, practical innovations to improve learning impact.

b) Learner/Teacher Success

  • Own onboarding journeys and self-serve support (office hours, help center).
  • Build and moderate a community of practice; surface best practices and FAQs into playbooks.
  • Use feedback and basic analytics to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.

4. Who You Are

  • Background in education or edtech; strong grasp of Vietnamese curriculum & classroom realities.
  • Fast-paced operator: You thrive in startup-style environments—set priorities, move quickly, and ship iteratively.
  • Volunteer leadership: Comfortable coordinating volunteers and cross-functional pods; you provide clarity, cadence, and encouragement.
  • Builder's mindset: You write, design, and ship—then measure and improve using data.
  • Organized & resilient: You handle ambiguity, juggle multiple threads, and keep calm under time pressure.
  • User-obsessed: You listen deeply to teachers/learners, prototype quickly, and solve real classroom pain points.

Nice to Have

  • Experience running teacher communities, MOOCs, or edtech rollouts at scale.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (prompting, assessment), accessibility, and classroom safety policies.
