The Product Management team at Shopee is the key focal point between the business, engineering and design teams. The team is responsible for implementing strategy, road maps and features, while adhering to business goals. It covers all functions including but not limited to Financial Services, Supply Chain, Search, Recommendation, Advertising, Order, Promotion, User, Anti-Fraud, Seller Service. About the Team:

The Product Team serves as the driving force behind the digital transformation of SPX business. With a relentless focus on innovation and efficiency, this dynamic team pioneers cutting-edge solutions to streamline and optimize every aspect of our operations. From automated resources management to real-time order tracking systems, they leverage technology to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and exceed customer expectations.

Job Description:

Release & Deployment Management

  • Develop detailed release plans, including Go/No-Go checklists, cut-over plans, and rollback strategies.
  • Coordinate releases using grayscale, A/B testing, or phased rollout approaches.
  • Monitor post-release performance metrics, assess risks, and proactively trigger rollbacks when necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with Business, PMO, and Development teams to ensure smooth and successful releases.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • Prepare test scenarios, test data, and maintain UAT environment integrity.
  • Execute, supervise, and sign off on UAT results; work closely with development teams to resolve defects.

System & Issue Operations

  • Receive, categorize, and resolve production incidents within agreed SLAs.
  • Maintain issue tracking logs and coordinate with regional development teams for permanent fixes and enhancements.
  • Perform approved configuration changes and data corrections in production as needed.

Enablement & Change Management

  • Create user guides, release notes, and other related documentation.
  • Deliver training sessions for internal users on new features and support smooth transitions.

Requirements:

Must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Experience in troubleshooting operational issues and implementing effective corrective actions in a timely manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Fast learner with strong systems thinking and product logic understanding.
  • Empathy and patience in user communication, with ability to de-escalate conflicts.

For Senior Level:

  • Knowledge of business flows, data flows, UX/UI design, API concepts, and project management fundamentals.
  • Experience with project management and product development tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Proficient in analyzing data to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes using tools such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization platforms (e.g., Looker Studio).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems, propose actionable solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
