Role Description

  1. Research Imou products, learn how to use and install the products;

  2. Guide and answer customers' questions on how to install, set up and use the products;

  3. Make video clips to guide how to use the products;

  4. Provide technical training and product knowledge to internal staff and customers;

Qualifications

  1. Graduated from College or University with major in Electricity - Electronics; Electronics - Telecommunications; IT.

  2. Experience:

  3. At least 1 year of professional experience - Priority is given to candidates with experience in the field of Camera,

IT, customer care ...

  1. Skills:

  2. Proficiency in MS office

  3. Basic reading and understanding of English/Chinese; communication is preferred;

  4. Love and regularly update technology information

  5. Ability to analyze data;

  6. Have good communication skills or better;

  7. Have basic knowledge of network systems;
